We are seeking agile and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role will be an added advantage.
