We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive with prior experience in the ethnic wear industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of ethnic fashion, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing personalized assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, product-related queries, order updates, and complaints professionally.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, occasions, trends, and requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of ethnic wear collections, including sarees, lehengas, kurtis, suits, and other traditional apparel.
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and improve customer retention.
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising,



warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, purchase history, feedback, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep track of customer preferences, seasonal trends, new collections, and festive shopping requirements.
- Support customer engagement activities through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the brand’s service standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
