Glatro Commerce Private Limited is looking for a Customer Care Executive to assist retailers with their queries, provide information about the Glatro platform, and support them throughout the vendor registration and onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to resolve queries professionally over phone calls and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to assist retailers with their queries.
- Provide accurate information about the Glatro platform, its features, services, and benefits.
- Guide retailers through the vendor registration and onboarding process.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
- Respond to queries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with retailers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain daily call records, customer feedback, and support reports.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain professional communication.
Requirements
- Must be based in the NCR region.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Positive telephone etiquette and a polite, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain customer records.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks from home.
- Experience in customer care, telecalling, customer support, or a call center is preferred but not mandatory.
