Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.
- Assist customers with telecom-related queries, services, plans, and billing.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Communicate confidently and fluently in English.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 10th Pass/12th pass -Eligible
- Excellent English-speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
