Job Summary

DS Max Properties is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage post-sales operations and customer relationships throughout the property lifecycle, from booking to possession. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate CRM, customer documentation, registration, possession coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end post-sales activities, from property booking to possession and handover.
- Lead and supervise the CRM team to ensure smooth customer communication and service delivery.
- Oversee property agreements, documentation, payment follow-ups, registration, and possession formalities.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Projects teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor pending documentation, payments, registration, and possession cases.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare MIS reports, customer status reports,



and team performance reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Establish effective post-sales processes and improve the overall customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate CRM and post-sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, agreement execution, registration, and possession.
- Proven experience in CRM team management and customer escalation handling.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong reporting, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
