Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers, explain menu items, take orders accurately, handle customer queries, and ensure timely service.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Billing and Order Management: Operate the POS system, process payments, verify orders, and coordinate dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
- Kitchen and Outlet Operations: Support food preparation, packing, serving, replenishment, and daily opening and closing activities as assigned.
- Hygiene and Food Safety: Follow personal hygiene, handwashing, cleaning, sanitisation, temperature-control, and food-handling procedures.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment, FIFO/FEFO practices, expiry-date checks, and reporting shortages or wastage.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, service counters, dining area, equipment, and utensils.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with the shift supervisor and colleagues to achieve service-time, quality, and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Cash and Asset Responsibility: Handle cash, equipment, and outlet materials responsibly, where assigned.
- Other Duties:



Perform other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or Restaurant Manager within the scope of the role.

Eligibility and Skills
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass preferred; as per company policy.
- Freshers may apply; QSR or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic numerical ability and willingness to learn POS operations.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per roster.
- Ability to perform standing, cleaning, food handling, and other physical tasks safely.Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Food safety and personal hygiene compliance.
- Cleaning and housekeeping audit scores.
- Food wastage and portion-control compliance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
