Criminal Lawyer —

Key responsibilities

- Criminal case handling: Handle cases involving cheating, fraud, theft, assault, criminal intimidation, and other criminal offences.
- Bail applications: Prepare and argue regular bail, anticipatory bail, and other relevant applications.
- Court appearances: Represent clients before Magistrate Courts, Sessions Courts, and High Courts, as appropriate.
- Police matters: Assist clients during criminal investigations and advise on police complaints, FIRs, and legal procedures.
- Legal drafting: Draft bail applications, criminal complaints, written submissions, petitions, and appeals.
- Case preparation: Review FIRs, witness statements, evidence, charge sheets, and other case documents.
- Trial proceedings: Prepare legal arguments, examine and cross-examine witnesses where appropriate, and present the client's case.
- Legal research: Research criminal statutes, procedural law, and relevant court judgments.
- Client consultation: Explain legal rights, possible outcomes, case strategy, risks, and fees.

Mandatory qualification-LLB/LLM Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
