Role Description The Creative Textile Print Designer will be responsible for designing original textile prints and patterns for ethnic wear, including suit sets, sarees, and related fabric lines. Day-to-day tasks include developing print concepts, preparing detailed artwork, coordinating with the sampling and production teams, and ensuring designs are suitable for various printing techniques and fabrics. The role involves researching trends, colors, and motifs, maintaining digital design files, and collaborating with merchandising and branding teams to align collections with market needs.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring regular presence in the design studio and close coordination with manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Print Design and Textiles knowledge, with the ability to create original patterns suitable for various fabric types.
- Graphics and Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in industry-standard design software ( Adobe Photoshop).
- Understanding of Branding and visual identity, with the ability to align print collections to brand positioning and target markets.
- Relevant education in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with ethnic wear or traditional textiles, and familiarity with color, motif, and layout for sarees and suit fabrics.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple design projects, and readiness to work on-site with production teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with merchandising, sales, and manufacturing stakeholders.
