About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative, research-driven individual who understands what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention and take action.

You'll be responsible for developing high-converting ad concepts, hooks and scripts for our D2C wellness brands across Meta and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop performance-driven ad scripts for doctors, founders, influencers, B-rolls, AI videos and static ads.
- Research competitor brands, winning ads, consumer trends and emerging creative formats.
- Apply persuasion techniques, consumer psychology and copywriting frameworks to develop compelling concepts.
- Identify different marketing angles, customer pain points, personas and awareness stages.
- Create thumb-stopping hooks, engaging storytelling and strong CTAs.
- Experiment with formats such as myth-busting, UGC, storytelling,



problem–solution, social proof and contrarian concepts.
- Repurpose winning concepts into fresh angles, hooks and creative variations.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors and performance marketers to execute ideas.
- Analyse creative performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and use insights to develop better concepts.

Who We're Looking For

- 2 - 4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance copywriting or D2C advertising.
- Robust understanding of direct-response marketing, persuasion frameworks and consumer psychology.
- Excellent Hindi/Hinglish and English scripting skills.
- Ability to research deeply and think beyond conventional advertising ideas.
- Strong understanding of Meta ads, short-form videos and digital consumer behaviour.
- Someone who can combine creativity, analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
- Prior D2C/performance marketing experience preferred.

What Matters Most

We're not looking for someone who can simply write 10 scripts.

We're looking for someone who can identify 10 different reasons why a customer would buy the same product - and turn each into a compelling ad concept.
