Role Description The Creative Marketing Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for blending data-driven analysis with creative marketing initiatives to support product growth. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing marketing performance data, generating insights, and preparing reports and dashboards to inform campaigns and sales strategies.

The role involves designing and refining marketing campaigns for docEdge and bpmEdge, collaborating with sales and product teams to understand customer segments, and identifying opportunities for lead generation and brand awareness. The analyst will help craft clear messaging and marketing collateral,



monitor competitor activity, and contribute to outreach across digital and traditional channels. This position requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with experience in analytics and marketing analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional teams and contribute to persuasive marketing messages.
- Understanding of sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, BI dashboards) and familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software marketing is an advantage, especially in sectors such as NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Government.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur and collaborate effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
