Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for visual storytelling and brand building? Genres Ad. Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Creative Head to drive our creative direction. You will bridge client business objectives with high-impact design solutions, lead an in-house creative team, and elevate brand communications across digital, print, and advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Strategy: Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and brand communication strategies for digital campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities. Translate client briefs into impactful creative solutions.
- Branding & Visuals: Supervise graphic design, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and advertising materials to ensure brand identity, visual consistency, and creative quality are maintained.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the creative team, manage task allocation, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines. Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, successfully incorporating feedback.
- Quality & Performance:



Review and approve all creative outputs before publication. Monitor audience engagement and advertising results to develop fresh, data-informed concepts based on market trends and competitor activity.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable creative leadership and design experience.
- Education (Preferred): Graduates from reputed Indian design and creative institutions such as NID, IIT Bombay (IDC), NIFT, Srishti Manipal, MIT Institute of Design, and LPU, with specialisations in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or Multimedia, will have a strong added advantage.
- Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, brand identity systems, and campaign execution. Excellent team management and client presentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
