Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves creating visual concepts for digital and print assets, including social media creatives, marketing materials, website layouts, and brand collateral. The designer will collaborate with marketing, development, and branding teams to translate strategic requirements into clear, engaging visual solutions aligned with client and company brand guidelines.





Daily tasks include developing and refining logos, icons, and graphics, preparing files for production, iterating on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also requires staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and user-centric visual work.
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including building or evolving cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Web Design, with the ability to design responsive, conversion-focused layouts and UI elements.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready assets.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
