We are looking for an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost consultancy activities, ensuring effective Cost Estimation, BOQ, Tender Management and Contracts Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cost plans.
- Review tender documents, evaluate contractor quotations, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Monitor project costs, cash flows, variations, and cost-to-complete reports.
- Conduct BOQ scrutiny, quantity verification, and cost audits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of cost reports and commercial documentation.
Eligibility:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy.
- Robust knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, contracts, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.Role & responsibilities
