Counselling Trainee (Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome)
- We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee.
- This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling.
- Please note that we are NOT hiring experienced sales professionals for this position, we're looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.
- You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our Courses.
- This is NOT a cold calling role,
but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year (NOC is mandatory + No leaves apart from the week offs - for the first 60 days)
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch
- Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Candidates with basic Tech comfort— experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
