Role Description The Counselling Psychologist will provide individual and group counselling services to employees and other beneficiaries, addressing concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and workplace challenges. The role includes conducting psychosocial assessments, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in line with organizational protocols.

The Counselling

Psychologist will participate in crisis intervention, offer debriefing support after critical incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely referrals and follow-up. They will also contribute to wellbeing workshops, orientations, and awareness programs,



and provide inputs for emotional risk assessments and other organizational initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based in Rewa, requiring regular presence at the designated facility and coordination with multidisciplinary professionals.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Formal training in counselling techniques, psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, solution-focused, brief therapy), and evidence-based mental health interventions.
- Demonstrated experience providing one-on-one counselling, group sessions, and crisis intervention in clinical, educational, or workplace settings.
- Strong skills in active listening, empathy, rapport-building, and maintaining professional boundaries in diverse cultural contexts.
- Ability to conduct assessments, formulate case conceptualizations, and document sessions with clear, ethical, and compliant clinical notes.
- Comfort working with technology platforms for scheduling, telephonic or video-based sessions, and maintaining digital records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
- Prior experience in employee assistance programs, corporate wellbeing, or institutional counselling is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rewa and collaborate
