We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end finance processes. This role bridges financial planning and operational accounting, encompassing both FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) and R2R (Record-to-Report) functions. You’ll play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
? Key Responsibilities
Record-to-Report (R2R):
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage general ledger integrity and reconciliation activities
- Maintain compliance with Indian accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory norms
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;):
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to business teams
- Develop financial models to support lending, investment, and operational decisions
- Monitor key metrics, deliver insightful dashboards and prepare periodic MIS reports
Process & Systems:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business goals
- Drive process improvements and automation across finance operations
- Support ERP and financial systems enhancements
? Qualifications
- CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within NBFCs or financial services
- Strong understanding of Indian regulatory and accounting frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
