About the Role We are looking for a dependable, hygiene-conscious cook to prepare high-quality dishes for delivery-only customers. In a cloud kitchen there is no dine-in, so the food has to taste right and travel well. Speed, consistency and packaging quality matter as much as cooking skill.

Key Responsibilities Prepare dishes as per standard recipes, portion sizes and plating or packing specifications Handle mise en place: chopping, marinating, preparing gravies and bases before peak hours Cook orders quickly during rush periods, keeping to delivery time targets Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation across every order Pack food correctly (sealed, leak-proof, labelled) and check each order against the ticket before handover Monitor stock levels, report shortages and minimise wastage Follow FIFO, label and date all stored items, and maintain proper storage temperatures Keep the workstation, equipment and kitchen clean at all times, including end-of-shift deep cleaning Follow FSSAI hygiene and food safety standards Coordinate with the head chef,



packing staff and order desk on order accuracy and timing Support new menu trials and recipe development when asked Requirements Experience: 1 to 3 years in a restaurant, cloud kitchen or catering setup Education: Not mandatory; a diploma or certificate in hotel management is added advantage Skills : Strong knowledge of Indian cooking (North Indian, South Indian or Indo-Chinese, depending on the menu) Good knife skills and basic knowledge of tandoor, tawa and wok operation Ability to work fast and accurately under pressure Understanding of food safety, allergen awareness and cross-contamination prevention Basic familiarity with delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato) and kitchen display or order systems is an advantage Other: willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, since peak delivery hours fall then Working ConditionsShift-based work, typically 8 to 9 hours, with a weekly off Standing for long periods in a hot, quick-paced kitchen Uniform, apron and hair or hand protection provided Benefits Staff meals Performance incentives Growth path to Senior Cook
