Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content ideas for social media posts, reels, carousels, blogs, videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, website content, blogs, and promotional messages.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and industry trend analysis.
- Develop content strategies to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute content plans.
- Optimize website content and blogs using SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns with effective copy and creative concepts.
- Track content performance, analyze engagement metrics, website traffic, and lead conversions.




- Prepare content performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Solid writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing social media content and editorial calendars.
- Understanding of SEO, audience targeting, and content performance analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- A portfolio of previous content work or successful campaigns is preferred.
