About the Role:

You'll own the creation of content and visual assets across two audiences — our customers and our internal teams. On the customer side, you'll produce marketing collateral, product one-pagers, and campaign assets that communicate Piyovi's value clearly and compellingly. Internally, you'll build training materials, onboarding decks, customer-facing assets and knowledge resources that help our Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Partnership and Support teams do their best work.

This is a hands-on execution role where you'll be writing, designing, producing, and editing, not just directing others.

What You'll Do:

● Design and produce presentations, one-pagers, brochures, and sales decks that support marketing and sales

● Design learner-focused curriculum and skill-based training modules for internal teams.

● Develop and publish training content across internal learning platforms — slide decks, guides, visual walkthroughs, and self-paced modules

● Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Product, Engineering, and CS to validate content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives

● Produce, edit, and publish video content including product tutorials, feature walkthroughs, and promotional videos from raw footage or screen recordings

● Create visual assets including infographics, diagrams, and product visuals to simplify complex concepts

● Maintain a consistent visual identity across all CloudLeap and Piyovi materials

● Create content templates and recommend tools to improve consistency and documentation quality

● Maintain documentation version control and keep all materials current as the product evolves

● Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders and implement improvements to content and delivery





● Support case study production - written and video formats

What We're Looking For:

● 3–5 years of experience in content creation, visual design, or a similar hybrid role — ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology company

● Strong proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides, Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator & AI Tools - you can build scratch

● Solid video editing skills - able to produce polished tutorial, walkthrough, and promotional videos from raw footage or screen recordings (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

● Clear, concise writing ability - you can explain a technical product to a non-technical audience

● Experience creating training or instructional content

● Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Comfortable working independently and turning rough briefs into finished, high-quality assets Nice to Have

● Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or ERP environments

● Motion graphics or animation skills

● Experience with tools like Loom or Notion for documentation and async communication

● Photography or graphic illustration skills

● Experienced in Fast-Paced Environment

Experience Level - Why 3–5 Years:

This role requires someone who can work independently across three disciplines - content writing, visual design, and video editing - without heavy creative direction. At 3–5 years, candidates typically have the breadth to own a brief end-to-end and the production quality we need across all three areas. The right person is a strong individual contributor who takes pride in craft, moves quickly, and can make Piyovi look and sound like the product it is.

Lastly, the role involves working with multiple stakeholders across the organization, hence willing to accept, share, and work on constructive feedback.
