Role OverviewWe're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as building stories.

As the Content & Partnerships Manager, you'll help grow the AndPurpose ecosystem by creating compelling content, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the execution of our forums, podcast, and community initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, writing, networking, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities1. Content & Storytelling

- Write LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, website content and founder thought leadership.
- Create partnership announcements, speaker profiles and ecosystem stories.
- Manage the monthly editorial calendar.

2. Partnerships & Community

- Build relationships with startups, incubators,



universities, media partners, CSR teams and ecosystem organisations.
- Reach out to potential speakers, collaborators and community partners.
- Maintain the partnerships pipeline and CRM.

3. Campaigns & Events

- Support content and communication for AndPurpose Forums, podcast and ecosystem initiatives.
- Coordinate partner communication before and after events.
- Assist in proposal and partnership deck creation.

4. Research

- Identify ecosystem opportunities and potential collaborators.
- Track sustainability, startup and impact ecosystem trends.

Who Should Apply

- 1–3 years of experience in content, communications, partnerships or marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Comfortable speaking to founders, corporates and ecosystem leaders.
- Self-driven and highly organised.

Bonus (Good to Have)

- Experience in startups, media, CSR, sustainability or entrepreneurship.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email marketing.
