About the Role:

As a Content Marketing Associate, you’ll help shape how Novatr shows up on YouTube and Instagram. From the first idea to the final upload, you’ll create videos and content that architects and civil engineers actually want to watch, learn from and share. If you love storytelling, live on camera rolls and edit timelines, and want to build a channel from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, script and produce video content for YouTube and Instagram, including long-form videos, Reels and Shorts.
- Manage shoots and edits end-to-end, and keep the content calendar on track.
- Turn learner stories, mentor insights and program highlights into engaging, shareable content.
- Write hooks, captions, thumbnail copy and posts that stop the scroll.
- Manage and grow Novatr’s YouTube and Instagram channels, including uploads, community engagement and optimisation.
- Track performance (views, watch time, retention and engagement) and use insights to make every next piece better.

- Collaborate with the marketing, design and academic teams to bring ideas to life.
- Stay on top of trends, formats and what works on each platform.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in YouTube and Instagram video production and channel management.
- A strong portfolio of content you have created or managed.
- Positive storytelling and writing skills, with an eye for what makes content engaging.
- Working knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar.
- A hustler and problem solver who takes ownership from idea to upload.
- Someone who genuinely loves creating and wants to build things with the right intent.
- Interest in architecture, design or the built environment is a plus.
- Comfort being on camera or working with creators is a plus.
