Role and Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging training materials tailored to target audiences and learner profiles using appropriate instructional strategies.
- Design and develop interactive eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, and similar platforms.
- Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to create effective learning experiences.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project managers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve learning materials and overall learner engagement.
- Ensure learning content follows accessibility and inclusive design guidelines, including WCAG standards.
- Use AI tools to support content creation, quiz development, brainstorming, and workflow efficiency.

Key Skills and Knowledge
- 2–3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Content Development, eLearning, or Corporate Learning and Development.




- Experience developing training materials and eLearning courses for adult learners.
- Knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and learning objectives.
- Ability to create structured storyboards, assessments, scripts, and learner-focused content.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar authoring tools.
- Ability to develop interactive and engaging digital learning experiences.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and inclusive content design.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude for content ideation and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and presentation development.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

Educational QualificationAny Graduate or Postgraduate.
