We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Conference Producer to join our Mumbai team and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality business conferences and summits.

Key Responsibilities

- Research industry trends and identify relevant conference topics and themes.
- Develop conference agendas, session formats, and panel discussions.
- Identify, approach, and coordinate with senior executives and industry experts as speakers.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and delegate profiles.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align conference content with sponsorship opportunities.




- Monitor competitor conferences and industry developments.
- Manage multiple conference projects and ensure timely content development.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in conference production, B2B events, business research, or content development.
- Strong research, analytical, and content-development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching and engaging senior-level professionals and industry experts.
- Ability to develop compelling conference agendas and identify relevant speakers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
