Role Description The Compliance Analyst (Fresher) will support the legal and compliance functions by assisting in the review and monitoring of regulatory requirements related to financial and legal services. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing basic compliance reports, maintaining documentation for audits, and helping ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

The role involves coordinating with finance, legal, and technology teams to track compliance status, support company registration and documentation processes, and contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities.



This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune City, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The position offers significant learning opportunities for early-career professionals interested in regulatory compliance and integrated business solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Regulatory Compliance and a basic understanding of legal and compliance frameworks in financial and business services.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, such as financial concepts, reporting basics, and an interest in financial services.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Auditing principles, including documentation practices and support for internal and external audits.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital systems and software is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high ethical standards.
- Robust organizational skills, willingness to learn, and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
