Role Overview:

HireKarma is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented Community Mobilizer to strengthen engagement with students, educational institutions, and local communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating awareness about career opportunities, recruitment drives, skill development programs, and other HireKarma initiatives.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, coordination, and field engagement skills. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to drive participation, build community networks, and support successful recruitment and placement initiatives.

Key Responsibility:

- Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with students, colleges, educational institutions,



and local community partners.
- Student Engagement: Create awareness about job opportunities, campus placements, training programs, and career development initiatives.
- Field Mobilization: Conduct outreach activities, visit institutions, and engage with students to encourage participation in HireKarma programs.
- Event Coordination: Organize information sessions, workshops, awareness campaigns, recruitment drives, and community engagement activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with institutional representatives, students, and local partners.
- Guidance and Support: Address queries, explain program requirements, and guide students through relevant recruitment and training opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Support promotional campaigns to increase awareness, registrations, participation, and placement opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, registrations, outreach activities, follow-ups, and event participation.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect field-level feedback, prepare regular activity reports, and share insights with internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with recruitment, sales, campus drive, and skill development teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience or aptitude in community engagement, student mobilization, or field outreach.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate events, manage groups, and encourage active participation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities.
- Basic proficiency in email, MS Excel/Google Sheets, presentations, and online communication platforms.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel locally as required.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in campus outreach, NGO activities, education programs, recruitment, or field mobilization.
- Familiarity with student communities, educational institutions, and local networks.
