LittleLingos is an online learning platform dedicated to helping children improve their English-speaking skills, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication confidence through interactive and engaging classes.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Interns who enjoy working with children and are passionate about making learning fun and effective.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online English classes for children.
- Help students improve their spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence.
- Use storytelling, games, role-playing, and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Follow the curriculum and teaching guidelines provided by LittleLingos.
- Monitor students’ progress and share feedback with the academic team.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure smooth delivery of scheduled classes.
- Create a friendly and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate professionally with the academic team regarding student requirements and progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good English-speaking and communication skills.
- Interest in teaching children.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online meeting platforms.
- A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Availability for 4 hours per day.
- College students and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Stipend and Working Hours
- Stipend: ₹125 per hour of actual teaching conducted.
- Daily availability: 4 hours per day.
- Payment calculation: Payment will be based on the actual teaching hours completed, not the total hours of availability.
- Estimated earnings: ₹500 for 4 hours of teaching in a day.
- Estimated monthly earnings: ₹13,000 for 104 completed teaching hours in a 26-day month.
Note: The above earnings are estimates. Actual payment will depend on the number of teaching hours completed and the agreed payment terms. Lesson preparation, training, meetings, and other non-teaching activities are not included in paid hours unless separately agreed.
