Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Pune & Pimpri Chinchwad.

The Commission Sales

Associate will prospect and engage potential clients, present suitable TDR, land, and joint-development opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting property and market research, preparing proposals, and ensuring all terms are clearly documented. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and specialist portals to track requirements,



providing regular updates to corporate clients, and meeting agreed sales and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with the ability to manage commission-based opportunities effectively.
- Experience in real estate, property transactions, or corporate business development, ideally with exposure to TDR, Land, or joint-development projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to client engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market and property research, prepare clear proposals and documentation, and track requirements through to closure.
- Comfort working in a structured, target-driven environment and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and willingness to work in office in Pune / Pimpri Chinchwad.
