Responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food across various kitchen sections, including Indian, Continental, Chinese, South Indian and other cuisines as required. Duties include food preparation, mise en place, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, proper storage of ingredients, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation. Must be flexible to work across different kitchen
