Role Description This is a full time, on-site Collection Agent role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Collection

Agent is responsible for managing repayment follow-ups with borrowers across phone, email, and messaging channels, ensuring timely cash collection while maintaining professional and respectful communication. Daily tasks include reviewing overdue accounts, explaining repayment options and schedules, negotiating and documenting payment plans, and updating collection status in internal systems.



The role also involves coordinating with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, escalating complex cases according to defined protocols, and adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy standards.

The Collection

Agent contributes to optimizing collection processes and providing feedback on borrower behavior and risk trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with experience handling overdue accounts and structured repayment plans.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage borrowers clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand loan products, repayment structures, and basic risk considerations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or collection systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
- Candidates should possess strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and documentation.
- Relevant experience in lending, NBFCs, banking, or fintech collections is preferred; familiarity with RBI guidelines and data privacy norms is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is beneficial.
