Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in CNC/VMC machines. Identify and resolve machine problems related to motors, drives, sensors, switches, and control panels.
Inspect and maintain spindle assemblies, lubrication systems, coolant systems, and tool changers. Assist in troubleshooting CNC controller alarms and machine control systems. Perform routine machine inspections to identify potential failures.
Maintain machine maintenance records and breakdown reports. Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Support machine installation, servicing, and repair activities as required.
