Role Description The Co Founder and CMO will lead the overall marketing vision and growth strategy for NestArrival in a full-time, remote capacity. This role includes defining brand positioning, developing go-to-market plans, and overseeing digital and offline campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.

The Co

Founder and CMO will work closely with the founding team to refine the product-market fit, analyze performance data, and identify new market opportunities and partnerships. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating with sales and product teams, managing external agencies or contractors as needed, and representing the brand in investor, partner, and community conversations.



The person in this role will also help shape company culture, contribute to strategic decisions, and support fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing and sales skills, with experience in growth marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent analytical skills and research abilities to interpret data, test hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder alignment, and external representation of the brand.
- Proven experience in leadership or co-founding roles, ideally within startups or technology platforms.
- Background in marketplace, travel, proptech, or immigration-related services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment and collaborate across time zones.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling marketing operations, including budgeting and KPI ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are a plus.
