Role Description This is a full time Cold Calling role based in Mumbai, involving making outbound calls to prospective clients such as universities, training centers, and dental practices to introduce Navadha’s products and generate leads. Daily responsibilities include qualifying prospects, explaining product features and benefits, scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team, and updating call outcomes tracking systems.

The Cold

Calling professional will follow scripts and sales guidelines, handle basic inquiries, and share relevant product information while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening,



and a professional phone manner.
- Sales or customer service experience, preferably in cold calling, telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing environments.
- Ability to use basic data-entry software, maintain accurate records, and manage call lists efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets.
- Comfort with hybrid work settings, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of or interest in the healthcare or dental education sector is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Job may require travel across India for meetings and demonstrations.
