Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Face Era Clinic. The candidate will manage staff, coordinate appointments, improve patient experience, monitor administrative activities, and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Operations

- Manage daily clinic operations across dental, skin, and hair departments.
- Coordinate doctor schedules, patient appointments, and treatment bookings.
- Ensure consultation rooms and procedure rooms are ready for daily operations.
- Monitor clinic maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping.

2. Staff Management

- Supervise receptionists, nurses, lab technicians, and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
- Coordinate staff training and maintain professional service standards.
- Resolve routine operational issues and encourage teamwork.

3. Patient Relations

- Ensure a positive patient experience from appointment booking to follow-up.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.

4. Administration & Finance

- Monitor daily billing, collections, receipts, and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain records of clinic expenses and operational transactions.
- Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and stock management.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management.

5. Business Development

- Support ethical marketing initiatives and local outreach activities.




- Monitor appointment bookings, patient retention, and service performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Help improve clinic efficiency and business growth while maintaining ethical clinical practices.

6. Compliance & Quality

- Coordinate documentation for clinic licences, biomedical waste management, and other applicable requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain staff records and operational documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferred qualifications: BBA, BHA, MBA, MHA, or a degree in Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with any bachelor's degree and relevant healthcare management experience may also apply.
- Experience: 1–2 years in clinic management, hospital administration, dental clinic operations, dermatology, or hair transplant centre management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong management, communication, and organizational skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, billing software, and appointment management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and handle patients professionally.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.
