Ltd. is looking for confident, target-oriented and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executives (CREs) to handle client enquiries, build strong relationships with customers, and convert leads into registrations and paid packages for our kids casting, modelling, advertising and entertainment services. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective clients and parents.

Explain the company's casting services, audition opportunities and available packages. Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into registrations and sales. Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection targets. Maintain accurate lead records, call reports and follow-up data in the CRM system. Coordinate with the casting and operations teams for client requirements.

Ensure a positive customer experience and timely communication.





Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and convincing skills. Robust confidence, sales ability and a target-oriented mindset. Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage. Ability to handle objections, negotiate and close sales. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred.

Compensation & Growth Fixed Salary: ₹14,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales and collections. Training and opportunities for career growth into senior CRE and sales management roles.
