Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and people-oriented professional to join a premium, members-only matchmaking and curation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, expectations, and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate client onboarding, profiles, and matchmaking-related activities.
- Manage client queries and ensure a smooth, personalized client experience.
- Maintain client records, databases, and follow-up trackers.

Requirements:

- MBA graduate preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, client servicing, customer success, or a similar client-facing role preferred.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in Telugu and English are mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust interpersonal, organizational, and client-management skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
