Minimum Qualification Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

Lead and govern project-wide clash detection and design integration activities across all engineering disciplines. Establish and implement Clash Management Plans, procedures, workflows, and reporting mechanisms. Manage interdisciplinary design coordination activities from Concept Design through IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.

Coordinate integration of Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, HVAC, and Safety disciplines. Conduct regular model reviews and clash review meetings with discipline leads and project stakeholders. Manage identification, categorization, assignment, tracking, and closure of clashes within project schedules.

Monitor model quality and engineering data consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure timely resolution of:

- Hard Clashes
- Soft Clashes
- Maintenance Access Clashes
- Operational Accessibility Clashes
- Constructability Issues
- Safety Clearance Violations





Drive multidisciplinary coordination to achieve clash-free design before fabrication and construction release. Review model maturity and readiness for client reviews and model freeze stages. Ensure compliance with project design standards, engineering practices, and client requirements. Lead constructability, operability, maintainability, and accessibility reviews. Monitor engineering interfaces and resolve design conflicts impacting project delivery. Develop clash management KPIs and reporting dashboards for project management and engineering leadership. Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in model coordination practices and engineering integration processes. Mentor design coordinators, lead designers, and discipline engineers regarding clash management methodologies.
