Role Description The Class 10 CBSE Home Tutor will provide subject-specific guidance to students, focusing on the CBSE curriculum for core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Science. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning structured lesson plans, explaining concepts clearly, assigning and reviewing homework, preparing students for school exams and board-style assessments, and tracking academic progress. The tutor will adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles, provide regular feedback to students and guardians, and maintain a positive,



engaging learning environment.

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling based on student requirements, and it is a remote role involving online tutoring sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Class 10 CBSE syllabus (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Science) and ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching school-level students, preferably Class 9–10, with a focus on exam preparation and concept clarity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and maintain professional interaction with parents/guardians.
- Ability to use online teaching tools and platforms (video conferencing, digital whiteboards, shared documents) for remote classes.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons, track progress, and manage multiple students if required.
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree or ongoing enrollment in a relevant field (Education, Science, Commerce, Humanities) is preferred.
- Familiarity with CBSE exam patterns, marking schemes, and study strategies to help students improve performance.
