Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Civil Structural Engineer based in Faridabad.

The Civil Structural

Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for industrial and process facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing calculations, drawings, and technical documentation; coordinating with multidisciplinary teams; and providing engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.



The role involves participating in concept and detailed design, supporting construction and installation activities, resolving technical issues, and contributing to value engineering and optimization efforts.

The Civil Structural

Engineer will also assist in project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering skills, with a solid understanding of fundamentals and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including layout development, detailing, and preparation of construction drawings.
- Strong Structural Analysis capabilities using relevant software tools and methods for steel, concrete, and foundation systems.
- Project Management skills for planning, coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of engineering deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience in industrial, energy, or process sector projects is preferred.
- Ability to interpret codes and standards, and apply safety and quality principles in design and execution.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and CAD/analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD or equivalent) is an advantage.
