Role Description Role Description: The Civil Drafter will work full time on-site in Maharashtra, India, supporting geotechnical and civil engineering projects through accurate technical drawings and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating civil engineering drawings for foundations, ground improvement systems, and excavation shoring using computer-aided design (CAD) tools. The role involves interpreting engineering sketches and specifications, ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and project requirements, and coordinating with engineers to resolve design details and discrepancies.

The Civil

Drafter will maintain organized drawing records, assist in preparing drawing sets for submissions,



and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting practices and templates.

Qualifications

· Strong Civil Engineering Drafting and Civil Engineering Design skills for geotechnical and structural elements.

· Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software commonly used in civil and geotechnical drafting.

· Solid Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings skills, including understanding of scales, dimensions, and tolerances.

· Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering reports, specifications, and sketches accurately.

· Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and deadlines.

· Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and project team members on-site.

· Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and best practices for foundations and excavation works is an advantage.

Key Competencies / Skills:

· Experience in Civil drafting and design

Requirements:

· ITI / NCTVT (Civil Draughtsman),

· Mumbai based

· 2 years work experience in same field
