Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving sustainable growth for Toyo Kombucha. The COO will lead production, supply chain, and distribution activities to ensure consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and timely delivery. This role will collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and execute business plans, align operations with brand and financial goals, and support expansion into new markets and channels.

The COO will manage budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics,



while building and mentoring cross-functional teams. The role also involves implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and partnering with marketing and sales to support customer experience and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management and process optimization skills, with experience in managing production, supply chain, and distribution.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic execution, including setting operational goals and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, or food manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership ability, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and willingness to be hands-on on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
