Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the organization. The role includes managing operational processes, optimizing service delivery for immigration and visa consulting, and ensuring alignment between business strategy and execution. The COO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in client experience and operational efficiency.





Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting and financial performance related to operations, managing cross-functional teams, establishing standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The COO will also support talent development, foster a culture of accountability and ethical practice, and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and execution oversight.
- Proven Operations Management experience, with the ability to streamline processes and manage cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage operational costs and support sustainable growth.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or immigration/visa-related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
