About the Company

Our client is a profitable, fast-growing AI company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. The business is built on intelligent systems that solve complex problems at scale, and it is funded by revenue rather than hype.

As part of their growth, founders (Stanford Alumni) are looking for a chief of staff to be part of their team and drive some of the critical business initiatives and programs. This will be the first role company is hiring in India.

Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting into founders, you will be working closely working with clients as well as vendor partners to drive various projects and initiatives.

- Setting strategic priorities with the founders and turning them into execution roadmaps.
- Translating business goals into actionable plans, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for automating processes and technology integration across the business.
- Tracking key initiatives, flagging bottlenecks early and resolving them proactively.





Skills and Qualifications:

- Around 5 years experience in a Founder’s Office with a tech first start up or Management Consulting experience with MBB.
- Tier-1 educational background (IIT/Ivy League) with global exposure is a strong preference.
- Sharp business judgment and strong analytical, strategic thinking.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation and emerging technology.
- High ownership and the ability to perform in quick-paced, ambiguous settings.
