? Experience: 15+ years

? Preferred Background: Big 4 firms or leading consulting firms

? Working Days: 5.5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, financial controls, risk management, and cost optimization.
- Drive financial strategy, profitability analysis, and process improvements.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.




- Lead and strengthen the overall finance function.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with a background in Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or leading consulting firms are preferred.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial management, taxation, compliance, and financial strategy.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
- Experience in skilled services, legal services, or a law firm environment will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
