1. Role Overview

ARC Insulation & Insulators Ltd., an NSE SME-listed company, invites applications from experienced finance professionals for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The candidate will lead the Company's finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, financial planning and internal control functions.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical equipment, infrastructure, construction materials, composite materials or other industrial sectors is preferred. Experience in an NSE- or BSE-listed SME company will be an added advantage.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making to support the Company's growth and profitability.
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and optimise financial processes through automation, effective implementation and utilisation of Tally ERP, and improved accounting systems and controls.
- Oversee the preparation, review and timely submission of financial statements, periodic financial results, MIS reports and other applicable disclosures in compliance with SEBI regulations, stock-exchange requirements and applicable accounting standards.
- Manage product costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing costs and profitability analysis.
- Oversee banking relationships, borrowings, treasury, cash flows and working capital.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, statutory audits, internal audits and related compliances, ensuring timely filing of all applicable returns, reports and statutory submissions within prescribed deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, Companies Act, SEBI regulations and stock-exchange requirements.




- Coordinate with the Managing Director, Board, Audit Committee, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and auditors.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management and financial reporting systems.

3. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA in Finance.
- Senior-level finance experience in an Indian listed company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audits, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing finance, product costing, inventory management and working capital.
- Proven ability to manage banking relationships, financial controls and financial risk.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, analytical skills and team leadership.

- Effective cash-flow, banking and treasury management.
- Strong internal controls and satisfactory audit outcomes.
