We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Head to manage the overall operations of our aesthetic clinic in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Lead and supervise clinic staff, front-office executives and sales teams.

Achieve monthly revenue, sales and conversion targets.

Manage client consultations, follow-ups and customer relationships.

Monitor appointment bookings, client retention and treatment-package sales.

Coordinate with doctors, dermatologists and aesthetic professionals.





Handle client concerns and maintain high standards of service.

Track centre performance, prepare reports and implement business growth strategies.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, skin or hair clinics.

Proven experience in sales, revenue generation and team management.

Robust communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage clinic operations and achieve business targets.

Experience with CRM software and clinic management systems is preferred.
