About the Role

Unmask Studio is hiring an experienced Celebrity Acquisition & Talent Manager to identify, onboard, represent, and manage celebrities, actors, singers, artists, and public figures.

We are looking for professionals with strong entertainment industry connections who can acquire talent, build long-term relationships, and generate commercial opportunities through celebrity endorsements, appearances, events, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard celebrities, actors, singers, and artists under Unmask Studio's management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with celebrities, managers, PR agencies, and entertainment industry professionals.
- Secure brand endorsements, sponsorships, paid appearances, events, and other commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate talent fees, contracts, commercial agreements, and partnership terms.
- Manage artist bookings, schedules, professional communications, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with brands, production houses, event organizers, and entertainment agencies.
- Expand Unmask Studio's celebrity and artist management roster.
- Develop long-term revenue opportunities for managed talent and the agency.

Requirements
- Previous experience in celebrity management, artist management, talent acquisition, entertainment management, or celebrity relations.




- Existing network of celebrities, artists, managers, PR agencies, or entertainment industry professionals is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to acquire talent, negotiate deals, and develop business opportunities.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Compensation – 100% Commission-Based
- 30% commission on Unmask Studio's net earnings from successfully acquired and closed business opportunities attributable to your work.
- Net earnings are calculated after artist/talent payouts and direct project expenses.
- No fixed salary, monthly retainer, or guaranteed income.
- Fully remote with flexible working arrangements.
- Performance-based earning potential.
