Responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the Myntra seller platform, including product catalogue uploads, product listing management, campaign planning, sale execution, inventory coordination, and sales performance monitoring to ensure smooth marketplace operations and business growth.

Catalogue

Upload &

- Management
- Upload new product catalogues on Myntra, ensuring accurate product details and listing information.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, attributes, sizes, colours, pricing, and SKU details.
- Coordinate product images, image guidelines, and catalogue quality checks.
- Monitor catalogue approval status and resolve listing errors or rejections.
- Maintain catalogue accuracy and ensure products are live and available for sale.
- Update product information, stock availability, and pricing as required.

2.

Campaign

Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Myntra.
- Participate in platform campaigns, promotional events, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Prepare campaign selections, product lists, and pricing details.
- Ensure eligible products are included in campaigns within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign approvals, stock planning, and promotional pricing.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.

3. Sale Management
- Manage major Myntra sale events, including seasonal sales, festive promotions, and special shopping events.
- Prepare sale assortments, discount structures, and promotional pricing.
- Ensure inventory availability and accurate product pricing before sale periods.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and sales performance during sale events.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to support order fulfilment.




- Review post-sale performance and identify improvement areas.

4. Sales &
- Performance Monitoring
- Track daily sales, revenue, units sold, order volume, and product performance.
- Analyse best-selling and slow-moving products.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.
- Monitor cancellations, returns, inventory levels, and product availability.
- Identify opportunities to improve catalogue visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales.

5. Coordination &
- Reporting

- Coordinate with Myntra account managers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain trackers for catalogue status, campaigns, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure timely execution of platform requirements and business deadlines.
- Follow marketplace policies, operational guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the Myntra seller portal or marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of catalogue uploads, product listing, and catalogue troubleshooting.
- Experience in campaign planning, sale execution, and promotional pricing.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including reports, filters, and lookup functions.
- Understanding of inventory management, SKU mapping, and sales analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications &
- Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in business, commerce, or marketing is preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce marketplace operations is preferred.
- Experience with fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle categories is an advantage.
