About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and responsible Poker Room Cashier to manage player transactions, maintain accurate cash records, and ensure smooth financial operations within our poker room. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling cash, chips, digital payments, and confidential financial records in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage player deposits, withdrawals, buy-ins, and cash-outs according to approved club procedures.
- Handle cash, poker chips, and authorized digital payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain daily transaction logs, cashier sheets, and cash reconciliation reports.
- Verify player identities and membership details in accordance with club policies.
- Issue and redeem chips against authorized transactions and maintain proper records.
- Reconcile opening and closing cash balances and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with poker room managers, floor staff, and accounting teams.
- Follow internal cash-handling, anti-fraud, KYC, and applicable regulatory procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of player information and financial transactions.
- Keep the cashier counter organized, secure, and professional.
- Prepare shift handover reports and ensure all balances are accounted for.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, cash management, hospitality, banking, retail, or casino/poker room operations.
- Strong numerical and calculation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, billing software, and digital payment systems.
- High level of honesty, integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Experience in poker clubs, casinos, gaming lounges, or other cash-intensive hospitality businesses.

- 100% accurate cash and chip reconciliation.
- Zero unauthorized transactions.
- Timely completion of daily reports and shift handovers.
- Compliance with transaction verification and documentation procedures.
- Skilled and efficient player service.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.Additional benefits and incentives may be offered based on performance.
