About this Role

We are looking for agile professionals to join our Campaigns team for the Punjab region. The role will focus on planning, coordinating, and executing political campaigns across online and offline platforms to support strategic outreach and campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Punjab’s socio-political landscape, excellent execution and coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with local stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. The selected candidate will be based out of Panchkula and will be expected to travel extensively across Punjab as required.

What Would This Role Entail?

- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline political campaigns across Punjab.




- Develop and implement campaign activities tailored to specific constituencies and regional requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and on-ground activities to ensure timely implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, influencers, vendors, and community representatives to support campaign outreach.
- Monitor campaign progress and gather feedback from the ground to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of campaign plans, execution reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of campaign resources.
- Identify operational challenges during campaign execution and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure adherence to campaign protocols and confidentiality requirements.
- Travel across Punjab to oversee campaign activities and ensure effective implementation at the grassroots level.

Necessary Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of Punjab’s political and socio-cultural landscape.
- Fluency in Punjabi (reading,



writing, and speaking) and the ability to understand Gurmukhi, along with proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab for campaign execution and field coordination.

Good to Have Skills

- Prior experience in political campaigns, campaign management, political consulting, or grassroots mobilization.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, field teams, and local stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital campaign execution and offline outreach activities.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with local influencers and community representatives.
- Experience managing campaign logistics, budgets, and execution timelines.
- Strong understanding of constituency-level dynamics and regional campaign requirements.
