- Lead Conversion & Sales: Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals to convert them into active registrations.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer inbound calls efficiently, providing detailed and clear information regarding training schedules, pricing structures, facility center locations, and promotional packages.
- Campaign & Event Support: Reach out to potential participants and institutions for specialized campaigns, tournament registrations, and sports workshops
- Data Management: Keep an accurate, up-to-date log of daily call records, lead interactions, and customer feedback using CRM tools or MS Excel.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly conversion goals set by the management team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
